Mine is going away, just with the weight loss... I dunno if there's anything that you can do for it to make it go away any faster. But I think it's one of the first things to go when you're losing weight

I like my whey protein with 6 0z of milk and 60z of water right after I work out! I really want to try it in a shake form with a banana, ice, milk, and a bit of peanut butter.

You need to switch it up! If you're doing just cardio, then add some weights in or do a yoga class. Also, add some whey protien into your diet. I've umm... Got dogs. Haha. They're horribly jealous if I go anywhere without them... But I don't think I can get any man to wiggle for me as much as my two little loves do when I get home from a day at school. Or bring me a squeaky ducky. But, I would like someone to kiss every now and then.

I personally use MRM's chocolate whey- whey works a lot faster too. Since I've been using it, I've lost like two inches in my waist. Whey helps metabolize the fat, and it helps burn it a little faster.

OH! ALSO! Haha... Um.. Scissor kicks (laying on your back, hands under your butt, kicking your legs out horizontally) AND!!! Bicycle sit ups, both good for your legs and your lower abs!
