I like getting my water super ice cold, add a couple of slices of cucumber and lemon and... It's absolutely the most delicious drink ever. No calories. No fake sweeteners. Nothing. Just plain goodness and plus, it's great for your skin!

My brother. It's been about a year. He became an instructor at LA Boxing, and gave me his free membership. He told me that I am the happiest, most positive person he's ever known, and it's about time that I should have the body that reflects my attitude. 40 pounds has nothing on me! I'm a cancer survivor. haha.

Yes. You've obviously seen the guys that can hold the girls up above their heads.. Dancing and cheerleading are so much harder than a lot of sports. I did ballet for about ten years and I could leg press about 300lbs more than any of my football player friends in high school.

I have a pair of shoes that has a little pocket in them for keys... but... they're a little hard to open and close. I just stick my keys in my boobs.. Only the house key though. Haha.

My sister in law is trying to push the Body by Vi challenge on me... I mean I like the shakes, but... Like so many before me said, I"m just hungry and I end up snacking. If these didn't have so much soy protein in them, then I'd probably be drinking more of them...

I like a whey protein powder called MRM. You can get it at Whole Foods, or order it online. It's 85-87 calories a scoop. You get little packets of them at Whole Foods- you can probably get them for free if you tell them how curious you are about it. Yep! I feel so refreshed after I drink my protein after a work out; and perhaps stronger. Haha. I like to mix one scoop of protein powder with milk and water. Extra calories I know, but... I can't stand just water. It's a good way to help your muscles recover! So keep on doing it!
