How long ago did you start exercising? I can't see you food log but I would say to up your water intake. Also watch out for sodium. I tried exercising by myself for months and saw no changes. I love oatmeal and turkey bacon. every now and then i switch it up to yogurt and fruit or a flat bagel with cream cheese.

Thanks so much everyone. I am trying to get eat 1200 without over eating. it is hard for me. I am learning to cook so hopefully those frozen meals will be decreasing soon. I appreciate all of the great advice.
