I am logging everything I eat per day. If it is only 900 calories then I only log 900 calories. I try not to lie on my diary.

I know my sodium looks high but it is set to 1500 which is low compared to most journals. Also, I eat a lot of frozen meals because my cooking skills are poor. When I try cooking, I normally end up at McDonald's because my food taste so gross. I have been doing my current exercise for 5weeks. I am do arm machines,…

Wow, what a yummy menu! This place has great options. I personally would give the Fish Taco Salad. I believe when you go out you should enjoy yourself. If I were you, I would work out in the AM to have some extra calories to spare. Order what you want and eat half of it. Wrap the other half to go right when your meal comes…

How is your sodium? I noticed high sodium caused lots of water weight for me.

I am in no way an expert but from my experience frozen/fast foods have a lot of sodium. There is also a great deal of sodium in seafood. My doctor has told me to keep my sodium under 1700 mg a day. It was hard at first but now I am use to it. I try to only eat frozen food once a day. The fresher it is, the better.

lol I have had that too! It happened for me when I zipped up my jacket and it was baggy. I was like "ohh wow, they can shrink"! lol Congratulations on your results!

GREAT JOB!!!!!!

I use to plan out everything but things would come up. I think it is easier to go with the flow. If I know I am going out to eat then I will try to look at the menu before but that is as far as I take planning. I pretty much know what is healthy and what is not. good luck with your journey!

thanks for all the advice. I attend a LA Fitness in MI. As much as I did not like Body Works Plus ABs, it did leave me sore!

I had this problem before I had my reduction. I would go to bra specialty shops and have them made a sports bra for me. Honestly, I think getting a custom made one is best. I use to use a lot of tape before getting a good bra.

I am having the same problem. Give it about 2 days. Drink water and keep sodium below 1500 mg today and tomorrow. You should see a change soon!

Yes, 100% normal. I always gain during my period. After a few days tho, it all goes away. Just keep eating healthy and drink lots and lots of water.

must agree, vodka and club soda. It is hard for me to drink due to calories, crazy struggle.

Hi I am 5'2 and started with a similar weight. I was only eating 1200 calories a day though and the pounds started to come off. Feel free to look through my diary. I think drinking a lot of water and learning portion control, really helped me. Also, exercise exercise exercise!

I agree! I attend a fitness boot-camp Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am. I hate waking up at 5 but I love the feeling I have when boot-camp is over. I love driving home and seeing the run rise, knowing I love having my day to myself. I couldn't imagine working out in the afternoon.

I gave up drive thru restaurants. I don't cook so couldn't give up restaurants in general. I am just lucky the Panera is my area does not have a drive thru.
