  • ok so example, if i take in my 1200 calories a day, and burned about 700, the other 500 are getting burned when I do my daily activities?? And always make sure my calorie intake is less than what i'm burning?
  • Okay, so when it says that I earned x amt of calories from exercise, I should then eat to meet those calories is what ur saying?
