you could put your target weight at a weight u felt good at in the past,and upper end of normal is still normal so you could put 65kg as a starting target weight u can always change it if you get there and still wanna lose!

i try to stay within 1000-1200 cals a day (depending how active I am) typical meals :salmon or quorn fillet with broccoli (im a pescetarian) or small portion veggie bolognese with pasta for dinner tuna salad for lunch and couple slices toast at breakfast

I'm in the middle of my BMI as well but think id look better after losing a few pounds im quite pear shaped so would like to have more of a even body shape.but a lot of my friends and family are like stop losing weight!erm guys im not thin lol

i dont really pay attention to the 5 week thing as it seems to seriously overestimate the weight I will lose.for example predicting I will lose over a stone when in reality will probably be around 5 pounds.I mostly look at the calories try to stay around the same amount each day.

mine always seems v unrealistic it thinks i'll lose over a stone in 5 weeks when in reality i lose around 1-2 pound a week so therefore in 5 weeks should lose around 5-6 pounds.anyone else have this problem.could just be my slow metabolism...and am quite tall so maybe thinks I should eat more?

im 5'9 starting weight :12 stone 168 pounds current weight ::10 stone 4 pounds/144 pounds goal :9 and a half -10 stone 135-140 pounds mainly want to tone up and be less of a pear shape almost two sizes different on my top to bottom :s

I think you could up ur cals a tiny bit and see what happens.If you start gaining you could always go back down.im on about 1000-1200 cals a day and only have a few pounds i wanna lose now.when I get to my goal not sure what to do for maintenance keep exercising but slightly up cals??any help

I think it depends on what you want not other people,if your happy as you are now then yes definately stop !But if u wanna lose a bit for ur own sake then fine.I have the same prob with people saying to me u dont need to lose weight...

I find it hard to hit the amount of calories mfp suggests,especially If i exercise that day.If i go swimming usually burn 700 calories and dont really wanna eat those calories back...

mfp put my ideal calories a day at 1500 to lose 1-2 pounds a week but im pretty sure thats what I used to do anyway(damn you slow metabolism!)so i changed it to 1000-1200 a day depending if im exercising or not and am on average losing about 1-2 pounds a week now.

im 5 ft 9 and seem to be an extreme pear shape! bust 32 waist 25 hips 37 so hopefully quite a bit off my hips is the aim.Just wanna have more of a matched up figure ,currently an 8 on top 12 bottom!

I'd say your pretty much a match for me :) age :23 height: 5'9'' 175cm weight: 10 stone 4 (144 pounds) wanna be around 9 and a half stone-10 stone but mostly just tone up mostly go swimming sometimes can convince my friends to come along...or exercise videos

Im guessing most people must go over their sugar If I do?cus the most sugary things I would have in a day are probably 2 glasses of squash,is this really excessive??

haha yeh a year ago i was about 12 stone (im quite tall 5'9'') and even then people were like your fine as you are, although if i was a couple pounds heavier I wouldve been classed as overweight. Im just under 10 and a half stone now but would like to get to 10 stone.I know im not huge but I would feel healthier and more…

I try to eat about 1000-1200 cals depending on when I exercise (seem to have quite a slow metabolism)but always seem to go over my sugar goal! even though everything else is below the nutrient goal !!which is odd because dont eat that much sugary stuff...
