yeh this happened to me lost bout a stone from the start and was still the same size!(well on the bottom half anyway)now lost nearly 2 stone and am a size smaller ,think maybe it depends where u r losing weight from?I think no matter what i do i'll always have large hips so hard to go down a jean size

I'd say hourglass cus ur soo much more in proportion than me ,i consider myself a pear (even though I dont have a small bust)as my bottom half is so much bigger than my top.but I dont see what body shape has got to do with workout style??

I think the 5:2 thing is just a lil bit crazy not trying to be rude everyones entitled to their own opinion but I know people on it who eat 500 calories on 2 days and then 1500 on the other 5 with no exercise.I eat about 1000 -1200cals every day with exercise isnt this healthier than practically starving on the 500…

Im nearly at my goal weight as well was thinking once I get there to work out the same but slowly increase my calorie intake??Make sure I don't start gaining again ,I do realise shouldnt think of it as a diet but a life style change but hopefully can treat myself more once I get to goal weight.any help?

haha have the same problem all my clothes are getting too big but cant really afford to replace them all if im not at my goal weight yet and hopefully in a few months the new clothes would be too big as well!should I buy clothes that fit now or ones slightly to tight that I will 'slim' into once im my goal weight??

whats 131 pounds around 9 stone?im 5 ft 9 and around 10 ish stone ,ill admit 131 may be on the light side but dont think would look 'starved'! everyones different though I guess lots of other factors besides height and weight (like body frame size and shape so yeh bmi isnt always the best way to work things out)
