So after someone so rudely reporting my account and having me blocked *cough cough*, I'm back!
It's been a pretty darn emotional roller coaster and it's not going to get better anytime soon but I cant let that stop me from eating healthy and getting my exercise in! I hurt my knee from running so I have to keep it low impact for a while. i gotta find something new. I'm thinking a lot of walking and throw in something fun like hula hooping and butt/ab workouts.

I'm 5' 8" weighing in at 188 last I checked but I had clothes on and I'm so bloated from junk so it's less than that a tad.
My goal is 125. (No this is not low - I need a very slim n' trim build for running)

What I'm having trouble figuring out is the best daily calorie goal for myself? I was thinking around 1200-1500 for maximum weight loss.
Any tips? Thanks! :) Feel free to add me too

Same here, trying to get to 129. Im starting over with a depressing 183...189 including bloat weight...at 5'5 :ohwell:. was down to 148 a year and a half ago but since had givin in and gained all plus 10 back. Going onto 4 weeks now faithfully logging and down 5 pounds. I also shoot for 1200-1500...but I go for a weekly goal. Best of luck!

hey :) I'm 5 ft 8-9 ish myself and aim to lose about a pound a week my caloried goals set at 1200 but its only this low because i swear I have a v slow metabolism as only netted about 1500 cals in the past when I gained weight. It depends what ur starting point is really and how much exercise you do if ur active id say aim for at least 1500 cals?hope this helps a bit x
