What is your Non-Scale Goal?

What's your non- weight goal? Meaning- forget the number on the scale? Is it a dress? Pants size? 6 pack abs?

Mine was to fit into a pair of jeans that I did get into this morning! Now, I'm after the 6 pack abs! :)

  • I'd love to be able to fit into a size 6 dress.

I've even considered going out and buying a cute one to hang in my room as motivation.

Size 8 jeans (current loose 12, started at tight 14)
C-cup (current comfortable D, started at tight DD)
    Lower heart rate when lifting

I've lost 5-11 pounds depending on day/time of day and having no relation to my food intake or level of exercise, so have only one real scale goal - seeing the number 150 or lower on a regular basis (currently range from 159 to 165).

My first short term goal is to fit in a dress that I wore the summer I got married, four years ago. I want to wear it to a friends wedding at the end of October, but my weight loss has slowed down, so it might not happen

After that, I want to see if my lupus gets better and if I can reduce medication levels.

  • Goal number one: Fit into most wide calf boots.
Goal number two: Fit into regular calf boots.
Goal number three: Rule the world. Or fit into a single digit pant size. Whichever comes first.
