My big goal is to successfully complete the Tough Mudder event in Scotland next year - just started the training and have a year to get fit and lose weight - ideally would love to be a size 14 (UK) top and size 12 bottom

My first short term goal is to fit in a dress that I wore the summer I got married, four years ago. I want to wear it to a friends wedding at the end of October, but my weight loss has slowed down, so it might not happen

After that, I want to see if my lupus gets better and if I can reduce medication levels.

Goal number one: Fit into most wide calf boots.
Goal number two: Fit into regular calf boots.
Goal number three: Rule the world. Or fit into a single digit pant size. Whichever comes first.

    In no particular order...

Be able to do 10 real push-ups. Currently I can do about 3 good ones, when I started my fitness journey I could do 0.
To actually finish the Couch-to-5K training program. I started it in Spring, then stopped. Planning to start again soon!
To do a 5k next year
To fit into this blue dress I bought 3 years ago but never wore because I didn't lose enough weight at the time, and of course gained it back and then some...
To have success as a Beachbody Coach and help others on their journey to health and fitness

I have my favorite pair of jeans. I'd love to wear them.

I don't even know what size they are, they're old, and comfortable and last time I checked I couldn't get them up past mid thigh.

Slowing down my resting heart rate (my resting heart rate is where most people get to while working out). For some reason my doctor seemed to see that as a problem and I don't want to take any medication to slow my heart. So, I am trying the old fashioned way!

Do a pull up and deadlift more than my body weight.

I wanted to be size 4, but now that I am...I think I could be leaner.
