Eating vegetables never made me fat! But, I count everything! Weight Watchers says you don't count the non-starchy vegetables & fruits, but I still find myself adding a point or two! Can't seem to change what works!

My husband needed the long leg expanse as well, and I wanted a place for water and book. We got it all! Love the Precor.

My surgeon told me to workout on the elliptical and I love it. Much better for my knees than the treadmill. Only eat when you are hungry, but if you eat smaller meals, eat 5-6 times a day! That works for me!

I evaluated my lifestyle and me and decided to turn my life around and make it work! So since I was a snacker, 6 works great and I eat from ALL food groups, balanced and I have unbelievable energy and no hunger! Love WWPP and MyFitnessPal! :heart:

I always have it on my oatmeal, stick in marinades and I love it, and it loves me back!

Actually reconsider! If you write your foods or bites, you have something to review and you can use this to figure your out your right moves & bad considerations! We all need to review what we have done from time to time, and the successes become our rewards. You have to commit!! Resolve to do this! Or you will not finish…

I desconstruct & guess the amount of each item and enter it that way. I get a similar sub at subway, but maybe the bread count would be different. Go there and see if it helps or do the first thing I said to do. It actually isn't that hard.
