i have the same thinking. little changes do help. when you go to the fridge ask yourself are you really hungry. and then if yes ask yourself which choice would be better for me??

Just ran 2 miles. :) 4.5 down!! shew i'm wore out.

2.5 miles down. upped my water to 6 glasses a day. so far so good. :)

I actually got out today and got 1 mile with my daughter. I feel it. lol. 99 miles to go. Upped my water and trying to stay under my diet plan.

I'm 5'2 and I am just starting my diet. I weigh 185. :( Before I had my daughter I weighed 140. My weight got up to 200 pounds at one point. I am so devoted and focused on losing weight right now. :happy:
