How brilliant is not only your progress but that you are willing to share in order to help others see that light at the end of the tunnel! Way to go!

Some FYI re: getting rid of that "baby belly" and increasing abdominal strength; crunches do help but they are not the "end all" answer; I have found cross training with yoga, pilates, and a variety of core exercises to give me the best results. I found some information on the web that is interesting/ food for thought but…

A huge congratulations; this must be a great stress off your shoulders! I agree celebration is a must but I hesitate using the word "cheat" and using food to celebrate- it just perpetuates a unhealthy relationship with food- it's really your choice and you'll choose what to eat; ultimate success has to do with balance. I…

Man, what a week... I really am off kilter and struggling at this... Basically I was a less than ideal member and for that I apologize; to make a really looooong story short, I got sidetracked by stress and I am trying to "get over it". Week 7 weight = 148, -0.5#

I'm just off today ladies- I will report all of my stats tomorrow; been studying for my personal training exam and balancing a CRAZY plate... yikes! Until tomorrow!

Bridesmaids (such a great girls' night movie; crude at times but freakin' hilarious!) 3. The Help
