  • o yea I ALSO work from 10pm to 730am and i usually eat at 12pm 3am 8am sleep from 830 to 12 or 1pm and 1pm then workout then i sleep from like 3-4pm until its time to get ready for work again

  • it took me two months to stop having the hunger pain and being able to last hours without eating, but after just a salad probably like and hour and a half two hours later ill be eating again

  • i mean it is always gud to tip to show appreciation but delivery drivers get a decent hourly wage at least minium wage so its not like they are working for tips its just a nice incentative to the pay check they get but always tip your server at a dine in restaurant
  • just remember its a life style change so if your are doing something you dont plan to maintain then its a diet, dont deprive yourself of anything because then you will continue to binge i had to learn the hard way and started over only 16 days ago. moderation is key just make sure u are reaching daily nutrients
