it recommended i eat 1200 calories a day and my BMR is 1800 so i really dont know maybe it has you losing 2 pounds a week is my guess

And i have always been happy with myself no matter what but i still strive to be better and do better and i can still workout not drink or over eat and hang with people i use to i control my body and actions i know why i gained weight or whatever and just now felt like fixing it but it wasnt self hate i was being cheap lol…
