Will you gain weight if you eat before sleeping?

You don't actually gain weight while sleeping. What happens is the calories (who are in fact little elves) come in when you are asleep and adjust your clothing so that your clothes feel tighter. They also play with the settings on your scales which is why some days you gain weight and others you lose it. Hope that clarification helps0

I always eat before bed if I haven't hit my macros for the day, usually when I've had a busy shift. It has not hurt me. Besides I can't sleep when I'm hungry!0

But isnt is true because you're not burning anything or doing anything physical and the body stores the food as fat?
