  • Does anyone have foods that they eat that are low in sugar? I'm having a hard time staying below my daily sugar limit but over 1000 calories. I don't want to be below 1,200 calories but find when I try to get to 1,200 I'm way over the sugar. Ideas?
  • I have weight control maple & brown sugar oatmeal almost every day! I love it, it's low-cal, and keeps me full :)
  • I am cutting the junk for May - that is, the cookies, ice cream, candy, and chocolate that I pick at occasionally (it adds up!!). I'm also going to try and make sure I log everything - I often don't on the weekends. Good luck!
