You look great! You progress is amazing! Don't get hung up by the numbers!

Good to see you back!

I still can't do a pull up. Chin ups are much easier for me. Negative chins and inverted rows helped me get to my first chin up! You got this!

Generally you will burn b/w 5-10 cals. if you hold the plank for 60 sec. For kettlebells-some studies show that KBs will burn b/w 15-20 cals. /min. , but that is unrealistic. No matter what kind of weights you pick-dbs, kbs, bbs, cement blocks, tires or whatever else you can think of, as long as the intensity is the same,…

I say stick to your workouts for 4-6 weeks. Take a week off of weights, or use very light weights and then see how the weight inches are during that" rest " week. You had AF this week, you just started your lifting program, so things may not be so accurate. Yes, It's possible to lose inches in the first week!

Also, right now as just starting you shouldn't do split body routines. I suggest you get the book " New Rules Of Lifting For Women" -you can even check it out from the…

I did NROL4W a year or so ago. My first heavy lifting ever! And I loved it! I like lifting heavier weights at less reps and I think that's what has made the biggest changes to my body. Plus, I love, love the heavy weights! NROL4W is a 6 mon. program, so you are covered there. The WOs in the 1st. stage take 30-40 min. but…
