Hi. I'm Steffi and I found out I had PCOS about 10 years ago, A lot of the symptoms I've been reading about I also have. I didn't realize depression was part of PCOS, I guess I know now. I saw this group and decided to join, so here I am.

Every day is a new day so don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day and a new chance.

I also was found with PCOS when I was 27 or 28. Have had a hard time losing weight too but I'm hoping joining this site will help me change that.
