I sucked too. With moving home, meeting new roommates, seeing all my friends again... Gosh, I ate soo much food, I was still full for like two days! Anyway, I'm two days into paleo now, and trying to workout a solid exercise plan for college... we'll see how that goes!!

I agree that pullups are a better workout even with proper resistance levels on the bands. Pullups are really a whole body thing, as opposed to a targeted exercise. I started going to a gym or a park for one of the pullup days every week, about halfway through, and really liked the workout. Maybe you could do that?

that happens to me when I'm dehydrated! Like if I go for a long run in the heat, or work out hung over. I would try upping your water consumption both leading up to and during your workout, and see if it helps.

arms + shoulders, AND I finally got ahold of most of the plus's and the one on ones! So I did ab-core plus today... it's definitely different. Not using it to replace ab ripper, but adding it in. I'm excited for fountain of youth yoga tomorrow! Yippee for no 90 minute yoga! And there's a kenpo +. Woot.

This is gonna be an interesting week for me, P90X wise. It's my last week here at Brookhaven, then back to Iowa for a few weeks. I'm traveling this weekend, so can't count on getting the workouts in. I guess it's 3 days of doubles before the weekend, and then back to normal again next week.

funnily wraps are usually higher in calories! I would stick with the bread, but make sure to get rid of mayo / other fatty toppings personally.

arms + shoulders and ab rippers... It definitely is fun revisiting the old workouts again! I like that one, it goes by really quickly. yes. It'll be slow at first though. I think *most* people that I've seen talk about it here lose 5-10lbs over the course of the month. I lost 8, while running every day too.
