Hi! I wanted to ask about not excercising with an empty stomach. When I wake up I am never ever hungry, and thats when i workout, I start the warm-up half asleep actually, After my workout I take a shower and then eat breakfast. What can I do about that?

Thankyou for all of your replies :). I guess i tend to overthink things so I come online anytime I can and go back to my food diary and check what ive been eating. I´ve been there only once and its suuuuper good but my food was very very oily, so yeah I guess its not exactly healthy. Maybe you can ask them to cook it with less oil or something like that.
