  • I usually weigh in Mondays. I just stopped myself from weighing a few times a week because I was over obsessing with it.

  • I use a combo of dvds. I have Jillian Michaels Shred it with weights, 30 day shred, 6 week 6 pack, and Zumba videos. I mix it up through the week and it has really helped me shed the pounds and get into better shape. I seen and felt a huge difference the first week!
  • I have started working out 5 days a week and take the weekends off. It works well for me and I get more energy through the week. I can tell a big difference when I dont work out though.
  • I have had 2 full term babies. I am very proud of those stretch marks. As I loose more and more weight they get smaller and smaller. Not worried about it. My tummy looks like Freddy Krueger had a field day on it. LOL Ive got 40 more pounds to go and then Im rockin in a BKini!

  • I bought my flat abs video on Ebay for around $10, it is called Live fitness and flat abs workout video. The Cardio party I got at Sams Club for $30.   • Cottage cheese %2 is my FAV snack. Sometimes I add 4-5 saltines and use the cottage cheese as dip! I go through 3-4 cartons a week (with the help of y 3yr old daughter that is). I also love sugar free jello, yoplait granola yogurt, and laughing cow cheese wedge with a few cold baby carrots :)

  • I put in at least 20-60 min a day weather it be popin in a Zumba video, jumping on the eliptical for 20 mins before shower time or taking a nice long walk. Staying active is the key!!
