  • I prefer bananas with my peanut butter. :) Right now I'm on a tuna kick, with a tiny bit of light mayo and mustard with some sodium free spices and a couple of pickles on top. I've taken to using Light Whole Grain English Muffins for this sammich as I get to sneak in 8grams of fiber.
  • Sorry! I'm no help. I too, am a cheese addict. :)
  • Similar issue here. I'm 42 and am suddenly struggling with high blood pressure. It's terrifying. About Nutri-System...be glad you saved your money! I tried out one of those one week box kits a couple of months back and the food was disgusting.
  • *crying lmao* I feel ya. I wouldn't even try.
  • Try using the canned evaporated milk (2 tbsp is only 25 calories). It's REALLY thick and creamy stuff! I've also switched to the fake sugars - most of these are horrid, but the two that are most tolerable to me are sweet & low (pink packet) and Trader Joe's Organic Liquid Stevia. I've found everything else way too bitter.…
  • Hello and welcome back! I'm in Daphne (near Mobile).

Sometimes I have to stop completely and rest & stretch. For most of my cardio, I use the Gazelle Edge at home (like a cheap ski…
  • I too cannot survive without several cups of my morning coffee. I've switched to Fat Free Evaporated Milk for my cream and instead of three sugars (lol, yes, I know!) I use one packet of fake sweetner and 1 flat tsp of regular sugar (I prefer raw sugar). Mixing the sugar is the only way I can bear the taste of the fake…
  • I just realized after reading this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 that I wasn't eating near enough. 800 calories is way too low. See if the post in the link helps. :)
  • Good question! Now I'm curious too. :) Maybe measure the liquid before and after marinating and that'll give you a good estimate of what was absorbed?
  • I'm new to Fitbit and Fitness Pal. Feel free to add me to both. http://www.fitbit.com/user/26XRWK
  • Hi! This sounds like I wrote it. lol It's my first day on here. We even have nearly the same stats (5'6", 167). I too was always skinny and then BAM....where'd this come from? I'm having a hard time getting rid of the weight but I'm hoping this site will help me figure it out. I'll add you!
