I'm not 18, I'm 30 (ACK!!!), but I have dealt with the Battle of the Bulge for most of my life. You are welcome to add me as a friend, if you'd like. I find the best motivation is a good support group, and others (especially those who are in the struggle, too) help keep you on track. Best of luck in your journey!

Everyone gets a "blah" day. Allow yourself to go with it. But then jump back into it tomorrow. It is just as important to rest physically and mentally as it is to get a good workout. Have yourself a healthy energy-filled breakfast, and do something just for you that makes you feel good.

I like the Special K with Chocolate and skim milk. I can feel "naughty" because there is chocolate, but it still has fiber and grains, and in moderation, is very gentle on calorie intake!
