  • Goal is to lose it by mid 2014. I began in late August and had a great 6 weeks. Had a bad October but have bounced back due to God's grace and opening my eyes day in and day out. No more bad months from here on out! Thank you Jesus! Great thread. Great success stories. Keep it up everyone!
  • I think the combination did it. Had she kept a balanced diet and the excercise, she would have been fine. No where does it even mention going to the doctor for recomendations. Also, no supplements to make up for the lost calories and lack of nutrition. The body was not getting any kind of nourishment. She is fortunate it…
