I think this is a great idea and if it motivates you even better! I totally understand binge eating as I too battle with it. With God all things are possible and as you said in your blog you eat to deal with emotions as part of it, I did/do that too. I have really been trying to learn to turn to God as my comfort instead…

I use a scoop of vanilla protien powder, 2 eggs, 1 Tbps water then mix. Not so eggy. If you take out the banna you can add in other flavors, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, cinnamin. Or use other flavored syurps...Good luck! 244 calories.

I do a high protien, low carb, and basically no sugar diet as well as 1200 calorie daily limit. This last week i lost 5.2 pounds. I lost good on it for 2 weeks, kinda plateued then lost again...i dont excersize either. Stats are im 32 183.5 5'6.... trying to start Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. Good Luck!

KC 32 5'6" 200 150 186 Love the idea of celebrating 10 pounds at a time. It seems much more attainable. I am a mother to 3 young children and live a life of chaos. I live in Minnesota.

Sounds to me like you need to take 20 minutes or so one day a week and plan your week. Plan your work, your excersize, sleep, and even what you are going to eat when. Then you will have stuff to eat that you want to eat it. Look for both things that you can eat in little time like oatmeal or meatballs, or that you can make…

I have also heard that there is cinnamon roll flavored protien powder that works awesome for the pancakes as well. I just cant bring myself to buy a container of it if i am only going to use it for pancakes! And buy dropping…
