I worked out at the Gym yesterday and boy was I sore. Had a hard day doing just normal chores. I took a REST day today! Feel better but feel Guilty and Lazy! Rest Day doesn't hurt!! Listen to your Body!!! Shirley

I downloaded FitRadio on my IPhone. It's Free and No Commercials. They have a Variety of Music for everybody. MAINSTREAM= Top 40, Pop, Electronic Dance, Hip Hop, Party, Country. ELECTRONIC = Electro House, Trance etc. ROCK= Hard rock, Alternative Rock, Classic Rock etc. I love it.

My Endocrinologist took me off Synthroid and put me on Tirosint. Neither one worked so I went back on Armour.

I was on Synthroid and Levothyroxine for years-never worked for me so I went on Armour . It's working better than the other Meds. Good Luck.:smile:
