Wow, thanks everyone! I can't believe the overwhelming response! I feel so much better now! For the record - this park is a flat bed of grass DIRECTLY in front of my house. It's a rectangle with houses surrounding it! So I think the cap and/or sunglasses is a very good idea...

I still eat bread and pasta. I eat 80% whole wheat bread and white pasta (no one in my home would eat whole wheat pasta.) I just make sure I don't have more then 2 slices of bread in a day and I watch my portions when I eat pasta.

Eating muscle to survive = not gooood! I tend to think of a skinny, wet noodle. lol.

Makes sense, ladies! I live in Canada and we had such a long winter this year. I just can't believe the difference this is making. I feel so much better - it's like a complete black-and-white difference in how I feel.

I used to run intervals on the treadmill. This is a bit different. I actually love running intervals because I'm the kind who gets bored easily! This will keep me in check, haha. :)

Losing inches is absolutely AWESOME - and when you're losing inches but not "weight" it's solid proof that you are losing fat and gaining muscle - which is going to make you look way more toned! Try not to be frustrated about the scale.
