I've been getting healthier for 1 month and only been on MFP for 1 week. February 21 - March 21 I've lost 9.4 lbs.

Try to shake it off and get back on track tomorrow. Don't beat yourself up about it - stress won't help. I agree with OP, if you haven't had a cheat day you could use it as that.

6 months after giving birth to my son - and after gaining lots of weight - the doc ordered a blood test and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I've been working out and eating 6 small, balanced meals throughout the day and I can proudly say that in 1 month I have lost 9.4 lbs. It can be done! :)

I try to use the Glad bags that are made for fresh produce. They seem to really, really help. You can find them anywhere and everywhere :)

Eating 5 - 6 smaller, balanced meals a day. I always try to have protein and complex carbs; and try to get in healthy fats every day. Drinking water to thirst (which usually is tonnes of water since I BF.)

Before I became pregnant and gained this baby weight, at one point I was 128-132 at my smallest. I was very, very fit and healthy. I had tonnes of comments like the ones you're describing! And you know what? Who cares what they think. You know you're doing this for all the right reasons and you know that you're becoming…

If you're hungry before bed, should you eat?

I was doing great before the weekend. I hope that if "it takes a few days for your body to show up what you have done" that I'm not in for a horrible surprise come Thursday when I weigh myself. What do you mean by track history?

Is it OK if I join you!? I already had a goal in mind - to lose 20 lbs by April 21st (my little man's birthday.) I've already lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks! So 12 lbs to go.
-
lol - that's awesome.

:: thumbs up ::

This. The lbs will soon start shedding.

All the above is pretty good advice. This, however, was what I was going to suggest. You may want to change things up - do different kinds of cardio/cross train a little more. Also make sure you're getting enough sleep and not stressing!

Hi, I'm new here so bare with me - this may or may not help you. I started my exercise and diet plan exactly 4 weeks ago, and as you can see (if my ticker shows) I've lost 8 lbs, so about 2 lbs a week. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 6 months after giving birth to my son in April 2010 (almost a year ago) after gaining…
