I like to make my own "mcmuffin" when I'm craving one. Yep, still breastfeeding tonnes. Lately, Sky wants it more often than normal - not sure why. I find it interesting how BF helps some women lose weight and others to hold onto it! TY for the kind words : )

I love doing circuits with heavier free weights. You get your cardio and strength in with less time, boo ya. I don't know why - but I also love the pain/burn I feel as my muscles tire (that sounds twisted... lol.) Next week is yours to kick *kitten*, buddy!
