I have a B12 deficiency. I'm not vegan, or vegetarian for that matter, but my body just doesn't absorb it properly. I don't think it had any correlation to my weight, however low B12 levels has a huge impact on my energy levels (zero energy, constantly tired, etc).

It was as simple as seeing the number on the scale and realizing I had gained 20 lbs in the year and a half since my wedding. I didn't have a lot to lose at that point, but I knew that if I continued on the way I was going the weight would just continue to pack on.

I've been exactly where you are. I only had 20 lbs to lose when I started. It's taken a while but I'm down 19 and I'd like to push myself further and lose another 5 lbs. It's a slow process when you don't have a lot to lose but having supportive friends help. Feel free to add me. I'm on here daily :)

Jealous! I wish I could lose my butt and my thighs!! I lost it in my boobs first, not that there was much there to begin with. Although, I'm only down 15 lbs, with another 10 lbs to go.

I started at 140lbs and have lost 17 lbs.....still have some work to do to get to 115 lbs (I'm pretty short). Feel free to add me. I've been at it for 6+ months and every pound has been a struggle, but it's possible :)

I found a couple hour long zumba videos online and did those barefoot when I injured my toe earlier this year.

Grade 10 religion class. I didn't understand the gravity of what had happened until I got home from school that day and watched everything unfold on tv.

I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning, after a bathroom stop. I figure that's the lightest I'll be all day.

I delete people for a number of reasons.....usually because they're inactive or because they are flooding my newsfeed with nonsense. I've also deleted people for inappropriate personal messages...they clearly haven't taken the time to read my profile that flat out states I'm married.
