Hi there! We have pretty similar weights/heights/goals. I'm also 5'2''. Started out 6 weeks ago at 140lbs and have lost about 8lbs. My goal is between 115-120 lbs. I'm not really stuck on the number, much rather go by how I feel and work on toning up. Feel free to add me. I log daily :)

I'm 27, turning 28 in August. I was pretty thin all my teenage years and early 20's without having to put much effort into it. Got married at 25 and have put on a few unwanted pounds. I'm about 15 lbs away from my goal weight and always looking for friends to keep my motivated and on track. Feel free to add :)

Any one have any experience with doing this type of work out barefoot? I know it's not ideal, but I have a busted up toe which makes working out in running shoes a little painful right now. Zumba is pretty much all I've been doing the past month because I can comfortably do that barefoot, but it's getting a little boring…

When I first started working out, I gained weight for a good 3-4 weeks. This is due to water retention because your body holds onto extra water to aid in muscle recovery. Once I got over that bump, the weight has been slowly coming off (I don't have a ton to lose).

5'2" and currently 132 lbs Goal weight is between 120 and 115 lbs. Not really stuck on the number, going more by how I feel in my clothes and what I think I can maintain :)

I recently just started Zumba and love it!! I don't get out to classes as often as I'd like. Anyone do zumba dvds at home or use youtube videos? Any recommendations?
