You're right, what I meant to say was muscle weight more than fat per unit volume. It didn't sound right when I said it out loud adding the pound in there for both, lol.

I think a simple chemistry 101 concept is what is missing here. 1 pound of muscle weighs more than 1 pound of fat per unit volume.
