So to be healthy 1 hr, 7 days a wk is enough for weight loss and health but shedding the fat is 85% eating right not dieting, afer all if you can't cheat once in a while then none of the hard work is worth it. :drinker: ...this buds for you...lol
  • The easiest thing is small goals and be happy with even small loses. Only weigh once a week or once a month.
