I also use the Body Fortress from Walmart. Even get it at a discount grocer we have here in Nor Cal for $15. I buy the chocolate and mix in a tsp of the PB2 for a yummy Reese's cup tasting protein shake.

I love Kale. If you have Pinterest you can find a ton of great recipes there. Kale chips are great, I use it for salads, sautee it, put it in soup. There is really a lot you can do with it. Enjoy!

For me running on the treadmill is harder. I feel like a hamster on the wheel lol. But when I first started running I would do a walk/run combo. Alternating between the two until I worked my way up to just running the entire time. Do you some good stretching before hand and after.

I'm 5'9 and had got down to 153 when I first joined MFP back in 2011. After a sciatic nerve issue last year that forced me to stop working out for nearly 8 weeks I lost motivation once I could start up again. I've since gained 30+ lbs. I've set my goal at 150 but honestly would be happy to reach 160 and maintain there.

I don't shave my legs. The bit of hair that grows is super thin and light. No one even realizes its there. But baby oil gel and coconut oil or a good body butter work wonders.

I buy the big$10 bag at Walmart of Tilapia. Love it. It's a light fish. I bake it, grill it, even put it in a skillet and cook it...break it up as it is cooking and use for fish tacos. (instead of the using a tortilla you can wrap in lettuce). Its very versatile.

I'm 5'9 and love my heels. I've noticed that men don't seem to care. My mom always said men like to climb trees lol. Luckily the BF is all of 6'4!

Thank you for the feedback. I'm currently doing Jamie Eason's 12 week Live Fit. I'm on week 5 and doing my best to follow her nutrition plan as well. I allow myself a little freedom on the weekends but try not to over do it. I will have to look into the 90 day Supreme as well.
