Totally get this. My weight is just a few pounds over what I was when I joined MFP in 2011. All good tho...going to change that.

I could use some keto MFPs. I started keto 1/29 and wanted to see if I could manage a month until we left for Maui 3/6. After my week in Maui I was up 5 lbs so I'm back in the keto game.

I think this varies by state and school district. Also whether public or private school.

I love cardio. I can do an hour on the stairmaster a few days a week and I like to run 2-3 miles at least once a week.

OMG OMG OMG...I cannot put either above the other. Loveee them both. Different styles IMO. Saw Adele here in LA in August. Fell even more in love with her and her music.

And everyone is different. Two people can eat exactly the same and do the same workouts and they will have very different results.

Hi there ladies! First joined MFP in 2011. Was successful at losing 50+ lbs. Maintained through last year. Then my body realized I had turned 40 or something lol. Logged in currently 135+ days and counting. Weight loss is slowww but I'm not giving up. Feel free to add me. Oh and yes, my partner is a woman! ;)

Must say that I did like last week's episode how they brought in the actors and the actual folks. Wonder who is the one person they say was not killed and why?!

I would do an all inclusive resort. Check Livingsocial and Groupon too. Sometimes you can find some awesome deals for those on there.

Had my first BPC this morning. I used a Starbucks Caramel K-Cup to make a cup of coffee. Took that and added 1 TBSP Kerrygold butter and 1 TSP Coconut Oil...threw it in the Nutribullet and wa lah! Before I even knew ab about the C25K app I conditioned myself to run by just starting out with a walk/run exercise of my own. I would walk at a brisk pace for a certain amount of mins/distance and then run and alternate between the two. The day finally came when I was no longer walking. Listen to your body and challenge…

Depends on where you live. I would say the best is the one that offers more of what you like/need in your fitness regimen.

I guess I am the only one having a hard time following this season. I will watch till the end. I am interested to see how it all plays out.
