So I know somebody who has been going to slimming world for nearly 4 and a half weeks and has a certificate for losing 5 1/2 lbs a week?!!!! In Confused as it isn't a very low cal diet just healthy food and I thought over 2lbs was dangerous? So they've lost 2 stone since starting.
I feel maybe in not doing something right as I've been at this for 2 months and have lost just over a stone and a half

The first thing you lose is waterweight. They've just started.0

I agree. When I first started weight watchers, I lost 11 pounds the first week and then it's been a steady 1.5 pounds a week since. It's more than likely water weight0 -
Also, take size into account. Someone that weighs around 300 lbs or so is likely to lose (what seems) more as opposed to someone who weighs 150 is likely to lose, if both are putting in the same efforts as a comparison.0

And everyone is different. Two people can eat exactly the same and do the same workouts and they will have very different results.0
