Hey guys I’m not new here, matter of fact I lost a lot of kegs with this app but after giving a long break to my body and gaining sweet 13 kgs 😀🙄, I decided to put an end to the break and start working again, GOOD LUCK to all of you and wish me luck

    Same here! Lost 40lbs put 39.5lbs back on 😣 started over again last week and lost 4.5lbs so far!

    Totally get this. My weight is just a few pounds over what I was when I joined MFP in 2011. All good tho...going to change that.
