I haven't seen anyone rave about these products. But I get it...they are priced ridiculously high.

I like the carbs I get from my veggies. Otherwise I choose the wrong kind of carbs. So I tend to stay away from them. All things in moderation tho!

I've always loved scary movies. But they just aren't the same anymore. So with that...I can honestly say that Insidious 3 was scary to me.

Genetics! We all lose differently. When I lost 50 lbs 5 years ago my 38DDs went down to 34Cs at my lowest weight. As I gained the weight back last year the girls gained as well. Sux how that works lol!

Definitely a southern way of eating. My parents are both from Louisiana. I remember visiting family friends who were white and ate the same. We ate this exact way when I was growing up. I didn't gain the unwanted weight until after having kids and weight was never an issue in my family. I do know this is why I rarely eat…

Fage 0% and season to taste. You could add siracha for something on the creamy spicy side or I buy the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning container from Costco. If I wanted something like lemon I would add lemon pepper, lemon juice.

Technology and social media has changed everything. People are so quick to pull out their phone to post a pic, vid or check in some where. I'm guilty myself but mine usually consists of food porn lol. I wouldn't dare disregard someone's privacy like this. My mother also taught me the golden rule.
