Chock full of nuts! It has an inherently chocolately flavor

My Honey is a really, REALLY lean guy and has always been just a tad under weight. When I started digging into fitness and my diet he thought, "yea! Let's do it!". Which for him means....eating more than usual!! Ugh! And his dinner plate is full of extra delicious fats and goodies.

With regard to food and exercise I say to myself, "just suck it up. you'll thank me later". Then I wake up the next morning and think, "ha! I was right".

Eggs are great! But be warned- there's a lot of sulfur in them and it doesn't just disappear...

In preparation for my quit date I got my "butt" in gear and lost 20ish pounds. THEN I quit and gained 15 back. I knew I couldn't tackle both problems at once. So I cut myself some slack and about 4 months after quitting I restarted logging with a new and improved iron will!
-
Definitely logged the ones I consumed! Not sure how to log the rest I'm afraid :D
-
Thank you both :)

Friend of mine got a fancy mill to turn her garden zucchinis into noodles. I tried them, they were delightful and went with all the usual goodies that a pasta recipe calls for.

Lots of people are successful with low carb! (Though I've never concentrated on restricting any macros myself). If cutting the carbs puts you in a calorie deficit then go, do, and be awesome!

12 pounds in ~two months from counting calories. I eat fruit, burgers, potatoes, fish, veggies, beer

I'm serious about the wine rack, OP. A camel back bugs you (I can't get comfy with something on my back either) and you don't want to carry something in your hand. The bra solution might work; you mentioned that you don't need water before the 10 mile mark so a 1/2 liter might be great for 15.
-
Call the doctor
-
Chuck it in a pan with salt pepper and bacon grease. I like it medium. Serve with roasted *insert veg / tuber here*.
-
Might sound silly but have you thought about one of those "wine rack" bras?
-
Fat free half and half! It's a little sweeter than regular and 20 cals per serving. I have 70 cals for coffee pre logged for everyday
-
I eat leftovers a lot

I can totally relate. My asthma is induced from excercise, allergies, viruses, misaligned planets lol. Take it easy when doing cardio and remember that it's not the only to get fit. Do everything your doctor says; they've got plenty of experience.

Coffee with fat free creamer, 2 deviled eggs with salsa, 2 rice cakes slathered in vegemite (nectar of the gods) with a slice of melted cheese.
-
I love potato bread! To cut down on the portions I bought a bag of slider rolls (or dinner rolls). 90 cals per roll.
-
Sun dried tomatoes and red onion Also: margarine, salt and pepper
-
5 perfect push ups today!
-
Every single day! I also watch Hoarders or Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners while I'm doing chores

Any marinade/sauce/preferred cooking method? It looks delicious!

Best resting heart rate I ever saw was 88. Usually hovers around 93-102
