  • @BreezyPeezy5 I just hate pics of my face, that's why I don't do it.... But here are a couple pics w/ the ugly mug.
  •    He isn't worth mentioning...LOL But thank you beautiful @TavistockToad
  • Of course you do, cause it's awesome!!!!!
  • I pretty much agree. Don't cut out foods you like. Learn how to make them work in your daily diet. Like I love cinnamon toast crunch cereal....some would argue that is "not clean" (whatever that means)...but for me it works, it's a good carb and protein source (the milk I add) and it is sweet....so takes the edge off.... I…
  • If you don't weigh everything, are you at least logging what you eat? Based on the nutrition label? For the month of March I did the entire month eating out and was able to lose weight, just going by the food place's nutrition menu. Not weighing anything. I did a thread on it here:…
  • Chicken breast Beef jerky nuts eggs fish you can do protein shakes, but I tend to advise against people drinking their calories if they are trying to lose weight.
  • Check Bed, Bath and Beyond?
  • Been doing IF since Aug. 2013 It's an eating strategy...if your goal is to lose weight it still comes down to Calories In vs. Calories Out
  • Been doing IF since Aug 2013. Works great for cutting, works great for me.
  • As much as I would like to find someone who took an interest in diet/nutrition/exercise similar to me, I have had no luck finding such a person. But good luck with your search, you being female, you may have far better luck than a guy would....certainly more than I have had.
  • Seems you have a bit of a misunderstanding regarding your diet. Any food is healthy. What's important is that you eat the calories you need to meet your calorie and macro goals for the day. If you know at the end of the day you are more hungry, and at the beginning of the day you are less hungry, then you are fine to eat…
  • OTC supps that are "Test boosters" don't work. Every study I have seen shows there is no long term boost to your test levels. There may be the initial boost when you take it for about a week, but after that u get nothing. And the amt of test you need to really promote substantial muscle growth is going to be the kind you…
  • On the weekends, are my longer gym sessions. So Saturday is heavy upper body, that can be about 2 hours. Sunday is leg day, that can be about 1.5 hours, depending on how my legs are feeling. I have issues with my joints and being flat footed, so that tends to hamper my leg days. :disappointed: During the week, I do weights…
  • Feel free to look over my diary. But if I did subway, I would do a foot long rotisserie chicken, double meat on Italian (white) sub. I would then throw on spinach, tomatoes, onions, green peppers and then vinegar. If I did chipotle and it was a carb day I would do a burrito bowl with: Double Chicken Rice Fajita peppers…
  •
  • Bravo!!! Well done. All ready for summer now.
  •
  • Never heard of creatine causing cramps. It will pull water into the muscle....so for me if I have been off the stuff and then start taking it, the only difference I ever notice is that my muscles will become harder and I might add a couple pounds of weight, again due to the fact that the creatine pulls in water. But I…
  • Do they need a surplus?? Are you saying they need to eat till they get fat? What you think may be a surplus in calories for you, may not be a surplus at all for them...but purely maintenance...if not below. When I was a teenager I was doing cross country, basketball for school, as well as in my neighborhood, not to mention…
  • Feel free too. as a side note, the last week of the experiment, I tried doing a "peak" week style so for the first 4 days of the week I limited my carbs, then had 2 carb up days. Thus the last pic above had me in at 164 lbs I will say it may be a bit tougher to do a peak week on fast food, it will require some thought on…
  • I come in at 6'1" Hmm....I was satisfied that things worked how I expected them too... Some times the convenience was really nice, for just going in a grabbing food. But other times when the lines were long, or there were a lot of people, or the few times I went to places and they didn't serve items that were listed on…
  • I really started focusing on cutting down (aesthetics) back in Aug. 2013. The initial process went from Aug '13 - July '14 Since then I have went up to 183 over the winter of '14 Cut for summer '15 Went up to around 180 - 183 for winter '15 Cut for summer '16 Winter '16 (after having issues with my previous bulks) I opted…
  • My reasoning was simple. I get asked a lot, how to lose weight, how to get in shape, etc.... So I always come back and say well tracking your food and calories is the way to go, doing meal prep is great for losing weight, since you have more control over what you cook. But then in response I get "I don't like to cook/meal…
  • Yes I did track my calorie and macro goals. Everything is listed in my diary so feel free to look over things for the month of March. Waking up I usually had an idea of where I wanted to eat, so I would just plan the day accordingly.
  • Thanks. I felt great, and gym performance was what I would have expected while on a cut....if maybe not a bit better than had I been doing my meals at home... In a way I found it easier to hit my calorie and macro goals by just eating fast food and going by their nutrition information.
  • Yes it is They have good salads If you are eating in the morning, their egg white delights are only like 250 calories take off the cheese and you are at 200 calories...good protein, good carbs, minimal fat
  • Chipotle burrito bowls.
