I would say a long time. He is about 30 right now, born in 1984, 5'9", and weighs between 194 - 205 (THAT IS HUGE FOR a 5'9" guy) I saw one place that said he got into lifting around 2006...if the 2010 pic is accurate, then who knows really. I myself have been lifting religiously since Feb. of 95, so just over 20 yrs now.…

Track food, and slowly increase calories till you get to where you are putting on weight at an acceptable pace
-
This is not possible in 3 years. Naturally.

Oh and then when you see some of these models, with these amazing physiques....and they have attained those physiques in like 1 - 3 yrs..... You can be pretty sure that they were doing some gear. Especially when they are scrawny as hell at 16 yrs old and then by the time they are 19 or 20, they are 40 pounds heavier, and…

Yes, they are tested. But ppl who take that stuff, usually have a good idea of how long they have to be off of it so they can pass the tests. Rob Riches, a physique model, he tested positive for drugs, and I think the reason why was because he got ahold of a drug different from what he was using...and didn't realize he…

And in some cases, it will just come down to genetics, and how the body responds. As with most any advice given on this site, you have to remember, "Your mileage may vary". So what works for one person/athlete.....will not produce similar results in another person. Once you get past the basics of lifting heavy things will…

If you have a beginner, who is started lifting. Then I don't know if "bulking" out of the gate is the way you want to go..... Any basic program like SL 5x5 will do fine for that person. They will benefit from all the "low hanging fruit" aspect of things, there muscles are being stimulated for once, the mind-muscle…

Yes, at what point do we hit our natural limit.....?? I sometimes wonder if I am at that point....I know some studies/readings put natural limit to be around 180 lbs (possibly 185) and ~8% BF, for my height. Right now I am 175, and if I had to guess maybe 9% BF..... and any growth from here is very slow going. So am I just…

That's how I feel w/ some of my workouts..... especially if you superset stuff...... Really is a cardio session in and of itself

 So you play in the road do ya?
-
Hell yeah... Gotta show dem gainzzz

I figure that as long as I can fog a mirror, they are healthy.
-
Hmmm.....kinda a double-edged sword honestly. Cause for someone like me, doing a slow lean bulk.....can get frustrating as hell.

and in other news, water is wet, and the sun continues to come up in the east, and set in the west.

Oh, missed that Scratch my recommendation

Then look for foods that are high in fat that you can eat.
-
MACROS == Protein/Fat/Carbs TDEE == Total Daily Energy Expenditure, the energy you need to perform daily activities. NEAT == Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, energy burnt off from just tapping your foot, or body temperature rising....anything you don't consciously do
-
I agree...... Coffee first then. Then exercise. LOL
-
Awesome job mate!!! Congrats!!!
-
Bwahahahaha.....
-
So when can we meet for some exercise?
-
LOL Sometimes it HIIT, and most other times its LISS (long periods of time)
-
Overall calories is what is important. And to some degree, macros, depending on your goals
-
And there you go.... So then what form of cardio should one do? People don't need to do cardio if they don't want to..... If they like it, then go ahead. If not, then why do it? If my heart can be strong and healthy from lifting, then I will do that...... Like you said, adaptation for whatever your goal is.
-
Can I just get my cardio from sex, and call it good?
-
Why is it good for you?
-
It's not important. I don't eat breakfast. I eat my last meal of the day around 8pm and the first meal of my day is sometime around 1230 or 1pm, post workout.
-
Diet and lift (heavy stuff).
-
No, not really "This"
-
Not really a "badge of honor"....just doesn't fit well with my goals all the time. I just added back in my cardio this month, only cause I am getting ready for summer..... But doing cardio for me, isn't needed all that much
