I have been a night shift nurse for the past 8 years. It has caught up with me between the lack of sleep and eating crap throughout the night and binging on weekends. Kinect Adventures and Zumba are excellent!!!! Also Dance Central is a blast but I have not used that in place of my exercise routine.

Effen vodka (cucumber) and soda water. Very refreshing, add a fresh cucumber slice for a nice touch. Grey goose orange and soda water is another choice.
