Yes, it's pretty good. As a rule of thumb I try to enter the calories before I eat them. It makes me think about it a little more.

Are you using the calorie counter? Also, not sure if this would work for you, but when I work (not a cop), I take a lunch box. It has my lunch and a few snacks. If it's not in the lunch box, I don't eat it. And I add it all up before I go to work, and between breakfast and lunch and snacks, I try to keep it to less than…
