The thing I'm seeing reoccur mostly is alcohol consumption in your snacks column over the past week, nearly if not every day in fact, and just cutting that out would mean you are at or under your calorie goal…

IT's common to eat exercise calories, or in a lot of cases only eat half. But it's up to you.

It's okay to have an off day. But there's no need to dig a deeper hole. Don't eat chocolate just because you had an unhealthy meal and feel there's no point. You'll be fine.
