I just started Insanity today, managed to finish the fit test, but felt nausea after (which I read is normal) be interested to see how I get on with 40min tomorrow

My Insanity pack only came through in the last week. Due to a busy month at work, I'm planning to start on the 2nd September. Using these 2 weeks to start cutting out all the unhealthy foods, so I have no temptation to quit as I begin. What is everyone using as their diet plan
