I usually weigh my self on Mondays. That way, I can try to stay on target for the WHOLE weekend. Doesn't always work out that way, but I don't really want to change what I have started :)

I too wish there was a way to track it, sometimes I feel that just putting in a number for the calories is not saying much. I'll start tossing in a few HIIT sessions from now on to mix up my exercise routines. Thanks
