I'm 24, and a recent grad. Also, recently married. So between the stress of senior year + the additional, delicious food in my diet due to getting married, my weight has increased significantly. Working on getting back to where I was at the beginning of last year!

Great advice, and love the reminder about taking it slowly. Patience is a tough thing to develop, and the most frustrating thing about being out of shape is the feeling that it is something that I can't fix in a week.
