Im always hungry after eating eggs for breakfast. Idon't know why. My journal is opwn if you want to see. After my breakfast, i sat in my car for an hour of traffic. And i have an office job super sedentary except for bathroom and water run.

With the eggs and toast, i had a bit of greek yogourt with dry raisin. The bread is normal type, 14 cereal, not white, not gluten free ( i dont buy into that gimmick). Well i just moved my desert from my lunch, greek yogourt and frozen blueberries. Should be good 'till red bell pepper time at 11

I drink plenty of water, tea and black coffee and i don't eat salty ( do not add salt to food and choose the unsalted version if possible).

I know how you feel. Breaking the 200 is my current goal. I don't remember being under 200.

Don't worry for coffe, I just drink black no sugur no cream. All the other drink are just stuff not worth the name of coffe.

I have a drysuit, when it is needed, but for now, I'm freediving, so wetsuit it is. Jusr today, I was in the water (20C) for a total of about 3 h, swimming (finning) for about 1,5 km. That's gotta count for some calories...

when freediving and doing deep-ish dive (30m, I started this summer), when finning up and down the line, I can feel that it is not that relaxing, in the fact of the lactic acid build up. that and the surface swim to get to the buoy. it isn't just easy finning.

I was sort of using the mfp estimate, but not for the full time of the session. Usually no more than 100-200 cal if a long session of freedive.

I like to keep meal replacement bar (like slim fast) in my office drawer, my bag and my car. always useful when I don't have time to eat a proper meal. For me they are more used as a temporary solution for huger, than really included in my meal plans.

If you don't like the gym because of a lack of motivation. Try group exercices like Martial arts. It is good for cardio (fight) It is good for muscles (stances) it is good for the brain (all the oriental philosophy) it is good for self esteem and as a bonus good for self defence.

It is not a gym membership, but have you thought about martial arts class. It trains both cardio and muscles. Moreover, you get to learn how to defend yourself in case of zombie attack and one day, you may become a black belt...

At 5'3'', according to the BMI, I should weight around 140#. I know it is not realistiic. I'm big-boned. right now, I'm at 212 and I have been since a long time.
