@leslisa thats def what i do. I save a few cals during the week knowing that i will be going out Friday/Saturday night or know that my cheat meal is coming that weekend.

Breakfast for me is 12pm since i'm doing intermittent fasting so I keep my weight-ins first thing in the morning after using the bathroom. I consume a lot of water throughout the day so it wouldn't be too accurate at any other point.

Yup as i've told some friends of mine, If you look shredded but the scale says you're 250, would you really care? def personal preference.

Couple being at a caloric deficit with intermittent fasting and weight loss becomes really easy, plus you burn all kinds of fat! :D

I use a 32oz water bottle, makes it easier to consume water. Plus every time I down the bottle, its 4 cups of H20 down out of the 16 min that I usually drink. Easily average a gallon+ a day. Def is a chore when you start out but it gets easier.
